As a recruitment and placement consultancy, sharing candidate information with prospective employers is core to our service. We disclose personal information as follows: To corporate clients/employers: We share candidate resumes, employment history, and relevant qualifications with employers actively hiring for a matching role, solely for recruitment evaluation purposes. To service providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who support our operations (e.g., IT hosting, AI screening tools, payment processors), under confidentiality obligations.
